Borjomi is located 150 km from Tbilisi. Borjomi municipality is one of the most popular among tourists and outdoor enthusiasts. Here you can visit the Borjomi-Kharagauli National Park, where you can go trekking, visit sulfur baths and go rafting.
20 km from Borjomi is the village of Tsemi, where one of the oldest climbing sectors in Georgia is located. Competitions were held back in the 80s of the 20th century. However, for the last 20 years, the region has been completely forgotten and no sporting events have been held here. There was no infrastructure in the sector, so it was impossible to climb here.
In November 2021, work began on the renewal of the sector. At the first stage, only 3 routes were laid, but in the near future the work will be continued and even more traffic routes will be laid here.
